When CME Doesn’t Change a Thing
If you’ve ever left a conference exhausted, uninspired, or unsure how to apply anything…you’re not alone.
Traditional CME often fills your notebook, but rarely creates real behavior change for clinicians or their patients.
Our experiential program is designed to give you time to restore and learn, so you can return home energized with practical tools, real-life anecdotes, and strategies that work in your life and help you guide patients.
A Program That Combines Learning, Experience & Application
Our approach blends evidence-based CME with immersion in life-extending Italian experiences, creating a unique learning arc:
Learn | Faculty-led sessions grounded in lifestyle intervention science.
Live | Cooking, movement, recovery practices, community meals, and hands-on labs applying the science in real life.
Continue | Quarterly cohort calls so the conversation and learning continues when you get home.
Destinations: Tuscany • Sardinia • Lake Como
Week-long immersive experience with multiple departures per year.
Education and Experience that Changes You, and How You Practice.

Will my credits count?
Yes. You’ll earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, fully accredited and recognized for physicians, with clear reciprocity guidance for NPs, PAs, and RNs. We invite you to verify eligibility by state and board before you travel, so there’s zero uncertainty about credit validity.
Is this a boondoggle?
No. This is a structured CME program with clearly defined learning objectives, assessments, and faculty-led sessions. And, we hope you will enjoy Italy’s beauty, unique activities, and long meals (that’s part of the point about longevity!). Every activity connects back to your clinical practice through lived experience and evidence-based application.
Can partners join?
Yes. The entire experience is partner-friendly, giving space for shared meals, exploration, and restoration. Partners can participate in cultural, curricular, and movement sessions or simply relax while you attend morning learning modules, creating a balance for both.
What about dietary or mobility needs?
We accommodate most dietary preferences, restrictions, and mobility considerations with advance notice.
What if my plans change?
We will review our refund and transfer policy during your Exploratory Call, outlining deposit protection, rescheduling options, and full details. If your schedule shifts, we’ll help you move to a later cohort without added stress.
Small Cohorts = Limited Availability
Each trip is designed for a group of 8-16 like-minded people to ensure connection and personalized guidance.
Once a cohort fills, we open a waitlist for new applicants and encourage people to join future trips.
